Phone appointment

As part of your Youth Allowance online claim you’ll book a phone appointment with us.

You need to make sure you answer this call, so please check the date and time. The call will come from a private number.

During the call we’ll explain some of the things you’ll need to do. This could be:

  • booking an appointment with an employment services provider, such as jobactive - read more about jobactive on their  website
  • agreeing to continue looking for work
  • submitting any additional documents
  • getting an assessment of your circumstances and medical conditions.
