Help with child care
You won’t need to pay child care fees when you access child care between 6 April and 28 June 2020.
Child Care Subsidy and Additional Child Care Subsidy won’t be paid between 6 April and 28 June 2020. You won’t need to pay fees if you access child care during this time. You should speak directly to your child care service if you need to enrol your child in child care. Read about your family payments if you’re affected by coronavirus (COVID-19).
If you need to start child care after 28 June 2020
You may be able to get help with child care fees while you’re looking for work or working.
We have payments to help if your child is in approved child care. You’ll need to meet certain requirements to be eligible for these payments.
