How to claim
You can claim the Pandemic Leave Disaster Payment – Western Australia over the phone.
The easiest way to claim is over the phone.
It’s your responsibility to decide to claim for this payment based on your personal circumstances. It’s also your responsibility to make sure the information you give us is true and correct.
You must make a new claim for each 14 day period.
To claim, either:
- call us on 180 22 66 where we can take your claim
- print and complete the Claim for Pandemic Leave Disaster Payment – Western Australia form and fax it to 1300 727 760.
Phone lines are open 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
You can call us on 131 202 to talk to us in languages other than English.
