How to claim the MH17 Family Support Package.

Each family member must make their own claim

You need to claim before you travel.

You need to claim within the claim period for the travel period that applies to your travel date.

You can check the claim period and travel period that apply to your travel in the following table.

For example, if you want to travel on 20 August 2020 this falls into travel period 2. You’d need to claim in the travel period 2 claim period. This is between 1 March 2020 and 30 April 2020.
