How to unsubscribe online

To unsubscribe online, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Centrelink online account through myGov.
  2. Select My Details.
  3. Select Letters and messaging.
  4. Select Electronic messaging and letters subscription and follow the prompts.

How to unsubscribe by phone

Call us on your regular payment line. When you speak to the operator, let them know you want to unsubscribe from electronic messages.

How to unsubscribe at a service centre

Visit your nearest service centre. Let them know you want to unsubscribe from electronic messages.
