Why you need to report JobKeeper income if you get JobSeeker Payment

You need to report any Jobkeeper income you get through your employer.
The JobKeeper payment is paid to eligible employers by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). If your employer is eligible they’ll pay you JobKeeper payment as part of your usual wages.
We need to know any JobKeeper income you get to make sure we pay you the right amount. If we pay you too much you’ll end up with a debt you’ll need to pay back.
