What happens now the assets test waiver has ended

You need to tell us about your assets so we can pay you the right amount.
Due to coronavirus (COVID-19), we waived the assets test for people who claimed certain payments after 23 March.
On 25 September 2020 we reintroduced the assets tests for all of the following payments:
We contacted you in September if we needed your asset details. If you didn’t give us these details and your payment have now stopped, call us on your regular payment line.
Assets are property or items you or your partner own in full or part, or have an interest in. There are some types of assets we don’t assess. For example, we don’t assess your principal home and the first 2 hectares of the land it’s on.
Changes to your income and assets may affect your payments from us. Tell us about any changes within 14 days so we can pay you the right amount.
