If you claimed Age Pension online you can track your claim online

You can check your claim’s progress without having to phone or visit us.
There are 3 ways to keep up to date with your claim:
- your Centrelink online account through myGov
- the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app
- electronic messaging using text message or email.
Using your Centrelink online account
You can track the progress of your claim using your Centrelink online account. Sign in to myGov and go to Centrelink. To do this, follow these steps:
- Sign in to myGov and select Centrelink.
- Select MENU from your homepage.
- Select Payments and Claims, followed by Claims, and My online claims.
If we need more information, we’ll send a letter to your myGov Inbox, if you have one. If you don’t, we’ll send you this request in the mail.
Using the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app
You can track the status of your claim in the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app. Sign in then select My claims from the home screen.
Using electronic messaging
You can choose to get important messages from us by text message or email. You don’t need an online account for this. Find out how to subscribe to electronic messaging.
Getting the outcome of your claim
Once we’ve worked out if you can get Age Pension, we’ll let you know by sending a letter to your myGov Inbox, if you have one. If you don’t, we’ll send you your outcome in the mail. You don’t need to contact us.
