How we’ve changed Mutual Obligation Requirements for job seekers

Mutual Obligation Requirements have restarted in a limited capacity.
You’ll need to meet some of your requirements if you get 1 of these payments:
From 9 June 2020, you’ll need to attend at least 1 appointment with your employment services provider. You can do this online or over the phone. Read more about what you need to do to meet your limited capacity obligations.
What exemptions may apply
We may be able to exempt you from your requirements for certain reasons. This includes if you’re impacted by coronavirus. If you’re in isolation at home, we’ll grant you an exemption for up to 14 days.
