Save yourself a trip to a service centre and upload them online.
You can securely upload an image of your Centrelink form or other documents online from home. Use the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app or your Centrelink online account through myGov to upload your documents.
What you can upload
The total size of all files for a single document upload needs to be under 5MB. Each file needs to be in either pdf, jpeg, tiff, or png format. You can include up to 10 files for each upload.
You can upload a variety of documents and forms, for example:
- Centrelink forms
- proof of identity
- PAYG certificates
- tax returns
- rent certificates
- medical reports
- study details forms.

How you can upload documents using the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app

To get started, select Upload documents from the home screen, then Upload document. You can then select either:
- Centrelink form followed by Scan barcode
- Other document, then the category that bests fits your document, followed by Take a photo, Upload document or Add a photo from library.
Select Submit when you’ve uploaded your document and photo.
You can check what documents you’ve uploaded. When you select Upload documents from the home screen, you’ll see a list of documents you’ve uploaded.

To get started, save the document you want to upload on your mobile device or computer.
You need to sign into myGov, select Centrelink, and then Upload documents from the home page. You can then select either:
- Centrelink form and enter the form title or code
- Other documents and the category that best fits your document.
You can drag and drop your files into the Drop files here box or choose Select your file.
If you want to see the documents you’ve uploaded, select MENU on your homepage. Then select Documents and Appointments, followed by Documents and View upload history.
