Does our trial website make it easier for you to find what you need?

We want to make it easier for you to find what you need on our website. To do this, we’re trialling a version of our site with a new structure and design.
There is always room for improvement, and now is the perfect time for our website.
We want to make sure when you visit our website, you have:
- clear and relevant options
- easy navigation
- a clean design.
We’re excited to move our site to the next level of testing, known as beta testing. Our beta site focuses on how we can help you. By quickly identifying your situation and needs, we can give you better help and guidance.
We’ve redesigned the site so you can navigate and select choices that make sense to you. We’ve added more images to help you scan and choose what you’re looking for. We know time is something we’re all short on, so the easier your experience the better.
We’ve made improvements based on testing and feedback from more than 5,000 people. We’ve also asked our staff for feedback, and now we’d like to hear from you!
You can view the beta website and let us know what you think by completing the survey form.
The survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete and your feedback will help to shape future improvements.
