Changes for job seekers in Greater Brisbane

Your mutual obligation requirements are temporarily paused until Sunday 17 January 2021.
This applies if you live in 1 of the following local government areas:
- Moreton Bay
From 8 January to 17 January 2021, there are no suspensions or penalties if you don’t meet your requirements.
You still need to:
- report your income
- tell us about changes to your circumstances.
We recommend you do all your business with us online or by phone. We may ask you to leave if you visit a service centre.
You should only visit a service centre if you don't have any other choice. If you do, you must wear a face mask. We won't let you into a service centre without one.
If you're in self-isolation or feeling unwell, don't visit a service centre. Use a self service option instead.
