You should check if you’re eligible for COVID-19 Disaster Payment.
This is a lump sum payment to help if you’re unable to earn income due to a COVID-19 lockdown, hotspot or period of restricted movement.
You must meet the general eligibility rules as well as the rules for your location to get this payment.
How much you can get will depend on your individual circumstances.
Australian residents must claim online, it’s the quickest and simplest way. To claim online, you need a myGov account linked to Centrelink.
