Your automatic COVID-19 Disaster Payments have stopped because ACT and NSW has reached 70% full vaccination rates.

Did you claim for ACT?

As of 8 October 2021, 70% of people 16 years or older in ACT have had 2 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine. If you claimed for ACT, your last relevant period for automatic payments is 1 to 7 October 2021.

Did you claim for NSW?

As of 7 October 2021, 70% of of people 16 years or older in NSW have had 2 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine.

If you claimed for parts of Sydney, your last relevant period for automatic payments is 7 to 11 October 2021.

If you claimed for Greater Sydney or other areas of NSW, your last relevant period for automatic payments is 3 to 9 October 2021.

If you get an eligible Centrelink or Department of Veterans' Affair payment, your last relevant period for automatic payments is 5 to 11 October 2021.

Do you still need a payment?

If you’re still affected by movement restrictions, you’ll now need to reapply for COVID-19 Disaster Payment each week so we know you remain eligible. Check to see when you can claim for COVID-19 Disaster Payment - ACT or COVID-19 Disaster Payment - NSW.
