Although the system looks a little different, we haven’t changed how you use it or how it performs.

We’re improving the technology so we can design more features for the authority approval service. In the meantime, we’ll continue providing a stable and secure digital platform.

Over the next 12 months there’ll be further system enhancements. The changes will improve functionality and enable all PBS authority approvals to be submitted and assessed using the system. We’ll keep you informed as we make each change.

When we complete this work you’ll have a better experience when requesting PBS authority approvals online.
