You can find your child's Customer Reference Number (CRN) and your current CCS percentage online.
Log in to your Centrelink online account through myGov.
To view your child’s CRN and percentage, select My family, then Child Care, then Child Care Subsidy Summary.
You can also find your child's CRN and CCS percentage in your Express Plus Centrelink app. Select More, then Child Care Subsidy. Then select the child you want the details for.
