Proof of identity
Before we can pay you, we may contact you and ask you to confirm your identity. We may also ask you to confirm your relationship with the victim. If we need other information, we’ll contact you.
If you have provided identity information for a previous travel period, you will not need to provide this again.
The claim form will advise of what information you will need to provide.
