You can check the status of your CCS or FTB claim online. You can do this using your:

• Centrelink online account through myGov
• Express Plus Centrelink mobile app.

We’ll let you know the result of your FTB and CCS claim once it’s done. We’ll send a message to your myGov Inbox. If you don’t get electronic letters, we’ll send you a letter in the mail.
