How to get proof of your COVID-19 vaccinations, including help getting your COVID-19 digital certificate or immunisation history statement.

The Australian Government has announced changes to the definition of fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

Find the easiest way to get proof of your COVID-19 vaccinations based on your situation.

There are 3 different types of proof available that you can get for free:

  • a COVID-19 digital certificate
  • your immunisation history statement
  • an International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate for overseas travel.

You can share your digital certificate with a state or territory check in app for easy access or save your proof offline. You can also withdraw your consent to share your proof with a check in app.

Remember, you can print your own certificate or statement when you download your proof online. You don't need to call for a copy.
