Centrelink self service unavailable on Saturday 20 August

Centrelink online account, Centrelink phone self service and the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance.

We’re upgrading some of our Centrelink systems. From 12 am to 10 pm on Saturday 20 August, Centrelink online account and the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app will be unavailable.

Other services impacted include:

  • Account linking for Centrelink through myGov
  • Document Verification System for Centrelink Concession Cards.

If possible, we’d recommend you complete any Centrelink updates before Saturday’s scheduled maintenance. This includes things like submitting a claim or uploading documents.
